Join Historic New England and the Housatonic Valley Association for a paddle down the Housatonic River. Spend two to three leisurely hours paddling the flat, slow-moving stretch of river that passes behind Merwin House. Afterwards, enjoy a boxed lunch from The Red Lion Inn on the back porch of Merwin House, followed by a tour of the house & museum. Reserve one of HVA’s canoes, or bring your own boat. Lunch and beverages included.
