Beverly Bond

During more than thirty years in non-profit management, especially advancement, Beverly has attained precedent-setting outcomes in fundraising and constituent engagement and has led the development and successful implementation of numerous transformational strategic and business plans. Most recently she has been an independent contractor, working with over 40 organizations in a variety of fields including conservation, the arts, poverty, homelessness, senior citizens, medical research, mental health and education. Prior to this, she held vice presidencies at Vanderbilt University, George Washington University and Rhodes College. Beverly is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. Given the urgent importance of environmental issues as a whole, and the powerful appeal of the Housatonic and Hudson valleys in particular, she was eager to participate in HVA’s mission as she relocated to the Pawling/Quaker Hill area. She is also a passionate cyclist and a classically trained musician.
