Billie joined HVA in April 2022. She received her B.S. (Environmental Resources Engineering) from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY-ESF) in 2018. Prior to this position she worked as a consulting design engineer in Syracuse, NY focusing on municipal wastewater and stormwater projects, and as a conservation planner helping farmers mitigate their impact on natural resources in Hampden and Hampshire County. Billie is part of the Watershed Conservation Team, with a focus on coordinating projects in the Massachusetts portions of the Housatonic, Hoosic, and Farmington Watersheds through the Berkshire Clean Cold Connected Partnership. In her spare time, Billie enjoys rock climbing and fly fishing.
